In 2025, Giustino and Niamh — partners in life and now in business — relocated to the Netherlands together. We arrived with enthusiasm, qualifications, and the assumption that finding a home would be manageable.
It wasn’t. Without a makelaar representing us, we faced missed properties, confusing contracts, landlords who favoured candidates with local agents, and the particular stress of making major financial decisions in a system we didn’t fully understand yet.
As fully qualified makelaars, we knew exactly what had gone wrong — and exactly what we wished we’d had. So we built it. Taddei Group Realty exists because that experience doesn’t have to be yours.

We will tell you if a property isn’t right for you, if a price is too high, or if a contract has clauses you should walk away from. Our job is to protect your interests, not to close a deal.

We’re based in Limburg, but we can help you no matter the location. We know the neighbourhoods, the landlords, and the market dynamics that don’t appear on Funda. That local intelligence is what makes the difference when the market is moving fast.

We’re not a large agency staffing a hotline. We’re two people who relocated here ourselves, who understand the anxiety of making life-changing property decisions in a foreign system — and who built an agency specifically to make that easier.

Giustino Taddei
Giustino brings a deep understanding of the Dutch property market combined with the kind of personal perspective that only comes from having moved countries himself. His ability to connect with international clients — to truly understand what it means to navigate an unfamiliar system — is at the heart of how he works.
His background in real estate, combined with strong communication skills and a commitment to integrity, means every client gets advice they can trust — not just advice that closes a deal. Growing up without the stability of a permanent home made real estate more than a career for Giustino. It became a mission.
Niamh Mitchell
As someone who is both Dutch and Irish, Niamh occupies a rare position — she understands the Dutch property system from the inside, and she understands exactly what it feels like to arrive somewhere new and try to make it home. Having grown up in the South of The Netherlands, she has made it her mission to know the property market inside & out. Her trilingual ability means she can communicate fluently with local landlords, sellers, and international clients without anything getting lost in translation.
With 14 years of experience in client service and a background in real estate, Niamh ensures every client feels genuinely heard, clearly informed, and well supported from the first conversation to the moment they walk through their new front door.
